We don't sell products that are complicated or require expensive customer service representatives to explain. We keep it simple here's the product at a great price if you want it, order it in 30 seconds and get back to more important stuff. If you're unhappy, return it. If you want to speak to a live person well, you've come to the wrong place. We don't think it's fair to pass the expense of customer service representatives on to the people who don't use or need them.
